abcLajkonik is a pageant to celebrate the win of the Polish people over the Mongolians in the 13 century. This pageant is in Krakow, Poland. The pageant starts at 2:30, in Poland, after the religious holiday, Easter on Thursday. Everyone in the town of Krakow celebrates this pageant.

Here is a tale about why they celebrate this pageant. Once, there was a man called Lajkonik who was a legendary waterman, as they said, who took a Tartars costume and went to the town of Krakow to say that they won against the Tartars.

Now they say that Lajkonik goes through the market every summer and creates excitement wherever he goes. People in Poland must want to see him.
